Whether your requirements are for an in-kind replacement system, an upgrade or complete Watchman Lubrication System, our design engineers will check all of your application specifications to be certain that what we specify is correct for the job.

We often find that existing lubricators and components are incorrect for the job at hand. They may have been designed 40 years ago when lubricants were not as efficient and delivery rates needed to be much higher. We will begin by recommending what lubrication rates should be used, and then design the new lubrication system accordingly.

If you have questions about delivery rates for your current system, we will be pleased to help you with that as well.

Once the new lubrication system is designed and built, our expert installation technicians are available to come to your site and handle complete installation as well. We’ll mount all components, run new stainless steel tubing, purge and fully test every aspect of operation. We’ll work directly with your electrician to make sure that your electrical hook-ups happen right.

Sloan Brothers will even conduct an operations and maintenance training session for you and your personnel to make certain everyone is up to speed with the new lubrication system installation.
